About
Chandra Inguva is a Principal Product Builder who leads how Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 services are evaluated before they reach customers. He pioneered industry-specific evaluation datasets that reflect how real enterprises work across sectors such as healthcare, finance, and manufacturing, and that are now used to measure Copilot quality at scale.
His work spans privacy-preserving synthetic data and synthetic tenant generation, grader-driven evaluation, agentic and multi-agent workflow evaluation, and science loops that connect evaluation coverage directly to product quality improvements. He also brings evaluation rigor to risk-aware software deployment and automated compliance and security checks.
Chandra has contributed to four patents in AI evaluation and cloud computing, including industry-calibrated evaluation sets and risk-aware deployment policy. He holds a master’s degree in Information Science from UC Berkeley. His research interests include agent swarms, multi-agent systems, and recursive self-improvement.
