The Microsoft Research Cambridge Machine Intelligence team invites you to join the workshop on the mathematical foundations of AI, bringing together researchers from academia and industry to explore emerging directions and open challenges. As AI systems continue to advance, understanding the underlying mathematical principles will be essential to shaping future progress.
The workshop will feature research talks, tutorials, student poster sessions, and open discussions, creating opportunities to exchange ideas, share perspectives, and engage with key questions at the foundations of AI. Areas of interest include machine learning theory, optimization, stochastic processes, and related topics.
