Hot off the heels of the CGS press release coming out of the National Broadcaster Association’s annual show in Las Vegas this week is more news of Microsoft Dynamics ERP investment and commitment to one of its five focus industries – the Services industry and specifically the media and entertainment vertical. Ascent Media Group, LLC (AMG) this week unveiled AERO – the result of a strategic alliance first made with us and announced at the NAB show in 2008. Through the alliance Ascent has been able to extend Microsoft Dynamics AX to meet the unique requirements of the Media and Entertainment industry. Here is what Gabriele Di Piazza, managing director for the Media & Entertainment business in the Communications Sector at Microsoft said about the news:
