He describes his role at Fortis as, \u201c[looking] at the digital technologies and see how we actually improve the overall patient experience, the clinicians experience, and deliver much better care for our patients.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s joined by Shrikant Kothari, head of IT for Microsoft India, who leads an exploration of the opportunities, potential pitfalls, and sourcing challenges that face businesses as they begin to take advantage of advances in AI and ML technology.<\/p>\n<p>For the healthcare industry, the potential to impact outcomes for their patients and assist clinicians with their difficult work is very important.
