Despite the prevalence of libraries that\u00a0provide speech recognition and text-to-speech\u00a0synthesis \u201cin the cloud\u201d, it remains\u00a0difficult for developers to create\u00a0user-friendly, consistent spoken language\u00a0interfaces to their mobile applications. In\u00a0this paper, we present the Speechify \/ Cohort\u00a0libraries for rapid speech enabling\u00a0of Android applications.
