As part of this investigation, we would like to collect information from people who use social media to share activities from the protest to remote people, or use social media to remotely view and participate in protests. We would like them to describe their experiences through completing surveys, arranging for interviews, or other ways of reporting information about experiences with social media around protests. We may ask participants to try various ways of sharing or viewing the protest over social media. Participation in our studies is totally voluntary, and participants are always free to end involvement in the study at any time.
