Research and Opportunities to support SMBs in Africa (lightning talk)

The COVID-19 pandemic drove significant digital transformation around the world – and, in particular, in Africa. Previous research indicates that the Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and Education sectors were the highest contributors to technology adoption on the continent. Based on a research study with 40 SMBs in Kenya, this lightning talk highlights possible directions to increase relevance and adoption of Microsoft solutions among SMBs in the region.
