Some Notes on the Turing Test Recently Being “Passed” (图灵测试与人工智能 in Chinese)

This aritcle argues that passing the Turing test should be considered as a valid sufficient condition of having intelligence (rather than as a definition of intelligence, as some people may think). On the other hand, the validity of a specific Turing-test event does depend on some important operational details of the test, which should be examined carefully (before drawing conclusions from the event).
