Publish Now, Judge Later

A proposal to address the problem of too many conference submissions and not enough time for reviewers to carefully evaluate each one. Numerous good papers get rejected. One possible solution is for conferences to accept any paper that extends our body of knowledge and let the community judge the paper’s significance.
