微软亚洲研究院 Social Computing 团队围绕人工智能与社会的负责任融合，开展 AI 能力评测、多元人类价值与伦理对齐，以及自主 AI 系统的安全性、可靠性与可控性研究。团队还通过跨学科合作，探索人机协作、AI 可解释性、社会影响和个性化 AI 等前沿方向。 

工作职责： 

  1. 参与算法的研究与开发，推动技术创新 
  1. 参与研究项目的推进，设计并搭建实际系统，解决实际问题 
  1. 在人工智能顶级国际会议、期刊上发表高水平论文 

任职要求： 

1. 计算机科学、软件工程、电子工程或其它相关专业（本科/硕士/博士） 

2. 扎实的数据结构/算法基础 

3. 具有优秀的编程能力或相关的项目经验 

4. 快速学习能力 

5. 可以熟练使用英文作为工作语言 

6. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神 

7. 能得到导师的书面同意 

工作时间要求 

能获得导师许可并保证至少三个月的实习。

Position Title: Research Intern in AI Safety, Societal AI Group 
Job Type: Full-time Intern 
Number of Openings: 1 
Location: Beijing 

Group Introduction: 
The Social Computing team at Microsoft Research Asia conducts research on AI capability evaluation, alignment with diverse human values and ethical principles, and the safety, reliability, and controllability of autonomous AI systems. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, the team also explores emerging directions including human–AI collaboration, AI interpretability, societal impact, and personalized AI. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Conduct research and development on AI algorithms to advance technological innovation. 
  1. Contribute to the planning and execution of research projects, and design and build practical systems to address real-world problems. 
  1. Publish high-quality research papers at top-tier international conferences and journals in artificial intelligence. 

Qualifications: 

  1. Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or other related fields. 
  1. Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms. 
  1. Excellent programming skills or relevant project experience. 
  1. Quick learning ability. 
  1. Proficiency in using English as a working language. 
  1. Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit. 
  1. Written consent from your academic advisor. 

Internship Duration Requirements: 
Must obtain permission from your academic advisor and commit to at least three months of internship.
