Today we are announcing that this feature has completed rolling out to all Office 365 tenants in production.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/go.microsoft.com\/fwlink\/?LinkID=824876\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Office 365 Security &amp; Compliance Center<\/a> is designed to help organizations manage compliance across Office 365 including protecting data and complying with legal and regulatory standards. Customers have expressed interest in understanding how Microsoft Flow is being used within their organization. For example, which users are creating flows? Are flows being shared? What connectors are being used? In addition, customers are also interested in understanding the distribution of paid and trial licenses. Using the Office 365 Security and Compliance Center provides insight into both the consumption of the Microsoft Flow service and licensing.<\/p>\n<p>Office 365 tenant administrators<sup style=\"font-size: 70%;vertical-align: super;\">1<\/sup> reach the Security &amp; Compliance Center by navigating to <a href=\"https:\/\/protection.office.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/protection.office.com<\/a>. From there, the <strong>Audit log search<\/strong> is found under the <strong>Search and investigation<\/strong> dropdown.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Microsoft Flow audit events now available in Office 365 Security &amp; Compliance Center\" height=\"312\" src=\"https:\/\/cm-edgetun.pages.dev\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/AuditLogsRollout-1-Audit-Log-Search.png\" title=\"Microsoft Flow audit events now available in Office 365 Security &amp; Compliance Center\" width=\"364\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Within the<strong> Audit log search<\/strong> screen, Tenant administrators can search audit logs across many popular services including eDiscovery, Exchange, Power BI, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365 and now <strong>Microsoft Flow<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Once the <strong>Audit log search<\/strong> screen is accessed, an administrator can filter for specific activities by pulling down the <strong>Activities<\/strong> dropdown. By scrolling down the list, a section dedicated to <strong>Microsoft Flow<\/strong> activities can be found. The Microsoft Flow activities available for discovery include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Created flow<\/li>\n<li>Edited flow<\/li>\n<li>Deleted flow<\/li>\n<li>Edited permissions<\/li>\n<li>Deleted permissions<\/li>\n<li>Started a paid trial<\/li>\n<li>Renewed a paid trial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Microsoft Flow audit events now available in Office 365 Security &amp; Compliance Center\" src=\"https:\/\/cm-edgetun.pages.dev\/en-us\/power-platform\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/AuditLogsRollout-2-Filters.png\" style=\"border-width: 0px; border-style: solid; width: 552px; height: 348px;\" title=\"Microsoft Flow audit events now available in Office 365 Security &amp; Compliance Center\"\/><\/p>\n<p>With the <strong>Activities<\/strong> filter set, a timeframe and additional search parameters can be provided. CSV exports of this data are also available which allow customers to further explore this data using Microsoft Excel or Power BI.\u00a0Customers can expect events to be available in the Office 365 Security &amp; Compliance Center within 90 minutes of them occurring.<\/p>\n<p>The Microsoft Flow team is continuing to invest in the Admin experience.
