Ali Kenney has enjoyed a variety of roles at Burton Snowboards. She started as a financial analyst, then moved into product management for snowboards, and ultimately found her dream job working in sustainability. As Director of Sustainability, she manages Burton’s strategy around improving their environmental and social impact. Whether she’s trying to meet Burton’s goals around packaging and production or speaking up about climate change and snow, Yammer gives her a platform to communicate these initiatives to her colleagues across departments and geographies. Generating buy-in and support for social and environmental causes can take a lot of time and effort, but Yammer allows Ali to make an impact when it comes to the projects she cares about most.
