A day in the life of an educator is\u2026unpredictable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s loud, usually messy,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and sometimes frenzied. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s filled with emotion, moments of connection, and tough questions. (Why don\u2019t bugs have eyebrows?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can be frustrating, and fulfilling,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

but it\u2019s never, ever boring. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past year, people in every corner of the world have witnessed the herculean efforts educators have made to keep their students learning. Those of us watching are completely in awe, continually inspired \u2013 and all asking the same question. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you do it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we didn\u2019t know any better, we might wonder how you keep pivoting quickly, leading by example, and lifting each other up through all the highs and lows. But we know you, teachers \u2013 and we know it\u2019s just what you do. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This World Teachers\u2019 Day, we want to thank you for doing it all, day in and day out. Because all the little things you do \u2013 the work that\u2019s rarely seen, scored, or rewarded \u2013 is what makes our world brighter, our communities stronger, and our students stand a little taller.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
