Partial MATLAB implementation of EyeCerts, an inexpensive system for creation of biometric, tamper-resistant identification cards. The tool evaluates the performance of the biometric system from the perspective of false positives and negatives. The iris-detection algorithm is not provided; the tool uses already-detected irises from the CASIA database. The tool runs a subset of the functionality described in the 2006 paper: EyeCerts: IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, by Daniel Schonberg and Darko Kirovski. The iris detector is available on request. Interested parties can use better algorithms for iris detection to obtain improved results. The referenced point-compression algorithm is available upon request.Supported Operating Systems
