Why does Outlook MapiHttp take so long for some calls? Can Exchange logging provide an answer? In this session, we'll talk about how to troubleshoot slow Outlook behavior, starting from the Outlook client, and going through IIS, HttpProxy, BE, Store, AD and disk.
