This tool kit implements language modeling with context-dependent recurrent neural networks (RNNs). Completely general context is supported through a user-supplied feature file. Also included is a file of word vectors for the Penn Treebank, as well as a test set for quantifying the degree to which syntactic regularities are modeled.
