If you want to let your Lync users IM and talk with Lync contacts in other organizations, and also to Skype users who are signed in with a Microsoft account (formerly Windows Live ID), you’ll want to make sure they know how the new feature works, and where they can find more information – including troubleshooting tips. Use this email template to compose an announcement email. You can edit it to describe just the features available in your organization, and even add contact info for your helpdesk if you need to.
