    1. Set solution context, demonstrate Lync’s capabilities across the Unified Communications stack
    2. Deliver the required Lync technical insight appropriate to a wide variety of technical levels and audiences
    3. Articulate what is possible and supported using published Lync Reference Topologies
    4. Identify technical and operational dependencies that will influence deployment options
    5. Debunk competitors' myths
    6. Validate assumptions or assertions from Unified Communications (UC) Strategy Workshop (i.e. Lync Server or Lync Online)
