Using Volume Shadow Copy Services (VSS), you can create a custom backup and restore application for your Exchange 2013 databases. Exchange 2013 includes a CHKSGFILES.dll that is used to verify the integrity of your Exchange databases. This download includes the CHKSGFILE.lib library and CHKSGFILES.hxx header file for use in your custom application.Supported Operating Systems

- Visual Studio 2010
- Visual Studio 2012
- Click the Download link above and save the CHKSGFILES.zip file to your hard disk.
- Open the .zip file on your hard disk and save the files with the Visual Studio project that you are using to create your backup and restore application.
