Microsoft Lync 2010 Adoption and Training Kit: Research Samples

This package contains interview guides and surveys that will help you gather feedback from your end users and technical staff about their experiences during the Lync rollout. You can use the questions at the start of the pilot to establish a baseline and again at the end of the pilot to gather feedback on the pilot rollout.

To install the download, save the zipped file to a directory on your computer. After you save it, unzip it by right-clicking the file name, selecting Extract All, selecting a destination where you want the extracted files to reside, and then clicking Extract. To remove the download, delete the file from directory where you saved it.
