Heute m\u00fcssen gro\u00dfe wie kleine Versicherungsunternehmen riesengro\u00dfe Datenmengen aus unterschiedlichen Quellen schnell und kosteng\u00fcnstig aufnehmen, verarbeiten, analysieren und entsprechend behandeln. Da herk\u00f6mmliche Analysetools weder \u00fcber die F\u00e4higkeiten noch die Flexibilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Big Data Workloads verf\u00fcgen, entdecken Versicherer Cortana Intelligence Suite, eine vollst\u00e4ndig verwaltete Big Data- und Advanced Analytics-Suite, die auf ihre neuen Bed\u00fcrfnisse hinsichtlich Daten, Analytics und Intelligence zugeschnitten ist.<\/p>\n<p>If P&amp;C Insurance, eine f\u00fchrende Sach- und Unfallversicherungsgesellschaft mit drei Millionen Kunden in der nordischen Region, fand beispielsweise heraus, dass sie den Wert ihrer Daten schneller und kosteng\u00fcnstiger erkennt, wenn sie die Advanced Analytics-F\u00e4higkeiten von Cortana Intelligence Suite einsetzt. If P&amp;C arbeitete mit Microsoft zusammen, um ein Pilotprojekt zu Cortana Intelligence Suite mit Schwerpunkt auf Azure Machine Learning (ML)durchzuf\u00fchren. In erster Linie sollte getestet werden, wie gut Cortana Intelligence Suite die verschiedenen Aspekte pr\u00e4diktiver Modellierung als Ersatz f\u00fcr die bestehende On-Premises-Analytics-Plattform von If P&amp;C verarbeitet. Der Erfolg des Pilotprojekts f\u00fchrte dazu, dass das Unternehmen seine bestehende SAS-Plattform mit der auf Cortana Intelligence Suite basierten L\u00f6sung ersetzt.<\/p>\n<p>Drei Nutzungsszenarien wurden in dem Pilotprojekt beurteilt: Ein Abwanderungsmodell wurde verwendet, um vorherzusagen, ob ein Kunde seine Police in einem 40-Tage-Zeitfenster um das Verl\u00e4ngerungsdatum herum k\u00fcndigt, w\u00e4hrend ein Upselling-Modell den Erfolg einer m\u00f6glichen Mitteilung \u00fcber Zusatzprodukte an einen bestimmten Kunden voraussagte. Daten, einschlie\u00dflich Alter, Laufzeit der Police, Produktzusammensetzung, Zahlungsmethode, Haushaltsdaten und Kontaktaufnahmen \u00fcber Telefon und Internet wurden f\u00fcr diese beiden Modelle verwendet. Das dritte Szenario, ein E-Mail-Textanalyse-Projekt, hilft eingehende Mails zu klassifizieren, beispielsweise Nachrichten mit negativ gestimmten Inhalten, die auf ein erh\u00f6htes Risiko einer Kundenabwanderung hindeuten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die L\u00f6sung erf\u00fcllte oder \u00fcbertraf die Erwartungen von If P&amp;C in allen bewerteten Nutzerf\u00e4llen. Da die Komponenten der Cortana Intelligence Suite aufeinander abgestimmt sind, konnte das Unternehmen Azure ML-Webdienste nutzen, um das Ergebnis der Predictive Analytics schnell in eine durchgehende Datenpipeline zu speisen. Die L\u00f6sung half auch, die Nutzerproduktivit\u00e4t zu steigern und viel k\u00fcrzere Rampenzeiten f\u00fcr Datenwissenschaftler und -techniker zu erm\u00f6glichen. Au\u00dferdem sch\u00e4tzt If P&amp;C, dass es erhebliche Kosteneinsparungen mit Cortana Intelligence Suite erzielen wird. Neben Azure ML wird das Unternehmen auch Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Data Warehouse und Azure HDInsight nutzen, um diese in Microsoft Dynamics CRM zu integrieren.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Einsatz von Cortana Intelligence Suite k\u00f6nnen Versicherer den Wert ihrer Daten schnell und kosteng\u00fcnstig ermitteln und sinnvolle Visualisierungen erhalten, um gezielte, aufschlussreiche Daten zu st\u00fctzen, damit Versicherungsexperten Risiken erkennen und schnell darauf reagieren k\u00f6nnen. Finanzierungsmodelle k\u00f6nnen beispielsweise verwendet werden, um einen anschaulichen, aktuellen Blick auf Risiken zu erhalten, die sich auf Bereiche wie Kundenrentabilit\u00e4t, Kundenabwanderung und m\u00f6gliche betr\u00fcgerische Handlungen konzentrieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Advanced Analytics-F\u00e4higkeiten der Cortana Intelligence Suite erm\u00f6glichen eine konstante Analyse des Kundenstamms, die mit umfangreichen Visualisierungen kombiniert werden k\u00f6nnen, um Versicherern einen Wert in beliebigen risikobehafteten Bereichen zu liefern.
